Welcome to Gamers World Collective (GWC) (“GWC,“ “we,“ “us,“ or “our“). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of our website, community platforms, services, events, tournaments, digital platforms, and online shop (collectively, the “Services“).

By accessing or using any part of GWC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use GWC Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local laws)
• Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• Provide accurate and truthful information when required

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

Some features may require account registration. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify GWC immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches

GWC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

GWC is a community-driven platform. Users must engage respectfully. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others
• Use hate speech, explicit content, or offensive material
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or violate game publisher rules
• Promote scams, impersonate others, or spread false information
• Advertise or self-promote without authorization

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans, at GWC's sole discretion.

Participation in GWC events, tournaments, or competitions is subject to:

• Event-specific rules and eligibility requirements
• Fair play and anti-cheat enforcement
• Compliance with instructions from GWC staff

GWC reserves the right to:

• Modify event rules
• Disqualify participants for misconduct or cheating
• Make final decisions in disputes

Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

GWC provides community support, mentorship, and developmental opportunities. Participation does not guarantee:

• Professional esports contracts
• Employment
• Sponsorships or financial returns

All programs are offered on an educational and developmental basis only.

All GWC content, including logos, branding, graphics, text, designs, and media, are the intellectual property of GWC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or exploit GWC intellectual property without permission

Users retain ownership of content they create but grant GWC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content within GWC platforms and marketing.

GWC operates an online store offering physical and/or digital products. By placing an order, you agree that:

• Prices are listed in the applicable currency
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• GWC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Product availability is not guaranteed

For physical products:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout
• Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• GWC is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers

Unless otherwise stated:

• Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds are processed after inspection

Non-refundable items include:

• Digital products or game codes
• Event tickets or passes
• Customized or limited-edition items

For digital items:

• All sales are final
• Codes cannot be replaced once delivered or redeemed
• No refunds for incorrect platform or region selection

GWC may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., Discord, payment processors, game publishers).

GWC is not responsible for:

• Third-party content or actions
• Service interruptions beyond our control

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GWC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Personal losses arising from participation in events or purchases

All Services are provided “as is“ and “as available“.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GWC, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

GWC may suspend or terminate access to any Service:

• For violations of these Terms
• For harmful or disruptive behavior
• Without prior notice where necessary

Termination does not limit GWC's legal rights.

Your use of GWC is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using GWC, you consent to our data practices.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
